Where are your products sourced?

We curate our collection from a network of independent European artisans and design-led workshops. By shipping directly from the source, we ensure your items are handled with care while reducing unnecessary transit emissions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each piece is carefully inspected and hand-packed. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, standard insured delivery across Europe typically takes 3–8 business days.

What if my ceramics arrive damaged?

We take extreme care in our packaging, but ceramics are inherently fragile. If an item arrives broken, please follow our “Box & Label” Protocol: send us photos of the external box, the shipping label, and the damaged item within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Currently, we exclusively serve the European Union to ensure the highest standards of delivery and to remain compliant with regional environmental regulations.

Are your linens machine washable?

Yes. Our natural linens are chosen for their longevity and get softer with every wash. We recommend a gentle cycle at 30°C–40°C and air drying to preserve the natural fibers.
