Article 1: Scope & Identity

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Niddy Noddy (hereinafter "the Seller") and the Customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Niddy Noddy is a curated boutique specialising in European-made artisanal goods.

Article 2: Artisanal Nature of Goods ("Measured Craft")

The Customer acknowledges that the products sold by Niddy Noddy are artisanal and handmade by European partners.

Variations: Small variations in colour, dimensions, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Availability: As we work with small-scale artisans, stock is limited. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable at the source, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Article 3: Shipping & Fulfilment

Niddy Noddy operates on a direct-fulfilment model to reduce carbon footprint and ensure product freshness.

Origin: Products are shipped directly from our network of European artisan workshops.

Split Shipments: If your order contains items from different artisans, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery within the EU is 3–8 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For full details, please consult our Shipping Policy.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Article 5: Product Safety (GPSR 2026)

All products sold by Niddy Noddy comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Technical safety documentation and manufacturer identification are maintained by Niddy Noddy and can be provided to regulatory authorities or customers upon valid request.

Article 6: Pricing, Payment & VAT

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (IVA) at the Portuguese rate, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under EU or Portuguese consumer protection law. Niddy Noddy's liability for any single order shall not exceed the total value of the order, save where higher liability is required by law.

Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under EU consumer law.
