At Niddy Noddy, we prioritise "Measured Logistics." To bring you the most authentic craftsmanship while reducing our environmental footprint, we skip the middle-man warehouse. Your items travel directly from our network of European artisan workshops to your door.
- Shipping Coverage & Rates
We currently ship within the European Union only. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and fragility of your selection.
Taxes & Duties: As all items are sourced and shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply to orders delivered within the European Union.
- Fulfilment & Delivery Times
Processing: Our artisans carefully inspect and hand-pack each piece. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.
Transit: Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days across Europe.
Split Shipments: Because we work with independent workshops, items from different artisans may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel at no additional cost.
- The "Box & Label" Damage Protocol
We take extreme care in packaging, but ceramics are inherently fragile. To protect your purchase and to allow us to file insurance claims with our couriers, we enforce a strict Evidence Rule for items damaged during transit.
If an item arrives broken, you must provide the following four photos within 48 hours of delivery: a photo of the external box showing the condition of the carton (dents, moisture, punctures), a photo of the shipping label clearly and legibly, a photo of the internal packaging showing how the item was nested inside, and a photo of the damage itself with a clear shot of the specific break or crack on the item.
Important: Do not discard the original box or packaging material until your claim is processed. Without the "Box & Label" evidence, the courier will reject the insurance claim, and we may be unable to guarantee a replacement or refund.

- Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@niddynoddy.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. For confirmed lost packages, we will issue a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
- Sustainability & 2026 Packaging Standards
In compliance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR 2026), we work with our artisans to minimise empty space in our parcels and eliminate unnecessary plastic. By shipping directly from the maker, we remove an entire leg of the traditional supply chain, significantly lowering the CO2 footprint of your delivery.
- Unclaimed or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. If a package is returned to our artisan partner due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect from a designated pick-up point, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
